It's going to be pole for Verstappen albeit with grid penalties.
Poor lap from Sainz - he's down in the first two sectors.
Verstappen, Leclerc and Norris have remained in the pit lane - they have grid penalties.
After the first runs: Verstappen, Sainz, Perez, Leclerc, Ocon, Norris, Russell, Albon, Hamilton and Alonso.
Leclerc goes fourth in the Ferrari, 0.8s off Verstappen.
Verstappen sets a 1m43.665s, 0.6s ahead of Sainz. Perez into third ahead of Ocon.
"What are these tyres," Leclerc asks.
"It's a mistake," he's told.

Q3 is go!
Out in Q2: Ricciardo, Gasly, Zhou, Stroll and Schumacher.
Albon is through! P10 for the Williams.
Alonso goes fifth in the Alpine.
Chequered flag out for Q2 - a lot of improvements incoming.
All cars out on track except the two Red Bulls.
In the drop-zone currently: Albon, Zhou, Stroll, Schumacher and Ricciardo.
Leclerc goes sixth in the Ferrari, 0.9s off.
Perez goes second, 0.071s off his teammate.
It's a 1m44.723s for Verstappen, 1.5s clear of the rest of the field.
