Ai Ogura mengambil pole position untuk Grand Prix Moto2 Spanyol di Sirkuit Jerez, mengungguli Tony Arbolino dan Sam Lowes.

Aron Canet yang cedera mengamankan baris kedua, sementara Jake Dixon yang tercepat saat latihan terjatuh di akhir sesi dan akan memulai balapan dari posisi ke-11.
