Six-times World Superbike Champion Jonathan Rea has begun his recovery from injury at last weekend’s French WorldSBK.

“It wasn’t perfect, but we just kept riding. It’s helped me a lot to predict the bike more”.

“I was fast all weekend from the beginning, but it was very difficult to put it all together especially with the strange weather conditions.”

The reigning champion has been ruled out of Race 2 after crashing out of the first lap of the Superpole Race.
