Jonathan Rea completed his debut season in the Bennetts British Superbike championship with a double top ten finish. It was a positive end to the 2005 series for the Red Bull Honda competitor who has made significant process throughout the course of the season.

Ninteen-year-old Leon Camier was crowned the British Supersport champion at the weekend at the final round of the series at Brands Hatch Circuit in Camier's home county of Kent.
