AmD Tuning.com are set to expand their current British Touring Car Championship programme after securing a deal to run two MG6 GTs in this year's championship.
The team already announced it would be fielding a duo of Audi S3s being driven by Ollie Jackson and rookie Sam Smelt, but the West Thurrock based squad will enter an additional two cars after acquiring the TBL licences necessary to run the pair of MGs, making it a four-car outfit.

The team already announced it would be fielding a duo of Audi S3s being driven by Ollie Jackson and rookie Sam Smelt, but the West Thurrock based squad will enter an additional two cars after acquiring the TBL licences necessary to run the pair of MGs, making it a four-car outfit.
Expanding to a four-car entry means Shaun Hollamby's AmD Tuning.com operation will now focus exclusively on the BTCC after previously dovetailing their last three motorsport campaigns with a sportscar programme.
The team are currently in talks with potential drivers to fill the two vacant MG seats.
"The BTCC is a fantastic series to be involved in, so when the chance to expand our team and run the MGs this season came up, it was an opportunity we grabbed with both hands," said Hollamby.
"This is a big season for the BTCC as it celebrates its 60th anniversary, and we are delighted that we will be able to play our part with an expanded presence on the grid."
Since the emergence of the NGTC era, the MG6 GT has been one of most successful cars in the BTCC and Hollamby says his outfit are 'keen' to further add to its success.
"The MG has been one of the most successful cars of recent seasons, with countless wins and podiums, and we are keen to try and add to that during the year ahead," Hollamby continued.
"We have already started work on a development programme with the cars to ensure they are ready and raring to go, and are in talks with a number of potential drivers about filling the two seats.
"Everyone involved with the team is hugely excited by this deal, and we are looking forward to getting the cars out on track and fighting for success on four fronts during the year ahead."
