Ingram storms from 13th to win race two
Speedworks Motorsport's Tom Ingram stormed from 13th on the grid to win his second British Touring Car Championship race of the season at Donington Park.
The Toyota Avensis driver finished the opening race down in 13th but scythed his way back up the field despite running the less favoured soft tyre in the second race.
Ingram set the tone of his race by pulling off a magnificent opportunistic manoeurve on the battling duo of Rob Collard and James Cole to jump from sixth to fourth at Redgate on the third lap of the race.

Having used the hard tyre in the opening race, it was BTC Norlin Racing's Chris Smiley who looked well placed to clinch his first ever BTCC win after the Honda driver claimed the lead on the ninth lap of the race.
However, Ingram - who wasn't carrying any success ballast - defied the hard tyre's comparative lack of grip and snatched the race lead away from Smiley towards the end of the tenth lap.
Smiley always remained within a second of the race leading Toyota Avensis, but Ingram held on to become the first driver to win more than one race this season and extend his championship lead over Jack Goff to eight-points at this early stage.
WIX Racing's Goff remained as close to his championship rival as possible by finishing on the rostrum in third, ahead of the factory Honda of Dan Cammish in fourth.
Cammish led a large majority of the race but relinquished the lead on the ninth lap of the race. The BTCC rookie offered little resistance in dropping behind Smiley and Ingram as his pace began to drop off on the harder compound tyre.
Ciceley Motorsport's Adam Morgan bounced back from his race one clash with team mate Tom Oliphant after producing a monumental charge up the order from 22nd to fifth.
James Cole was once again Motorbase Performance's highest placed driver in sixth, ahead of race one winner Josh Cook and defending champion Ashley Sutton in seventh and eighth.
Rory Butcher and Tom Chilton completed the remainder of the top-ten. Incidentally, Butcher will start the reverse grid from pole position after his finishing position was picked in the race three grid draw.
Elsewhere, it was another nightmare second race for Colin Turkington. The two-time champion's BMW 125i M Sport was once again struck with technical woes, which forced Turkington off the grid before the green flag lap. A fault with the electrical element of the BMW's water pump is said to be the cause of Turkington's misfortune.
