Rosberg hints at 'winning deal' for 2010
Nico Rosberg has suggested that he expects to be at the wheel of a 'winning car' for the 2010 F1 season.
The German is widely expected to leave Williams at the end of the current season, with a switch to either Brawn or McLaren being the most likely option due to Mercedes' desire to have a German driver running with its engine.
Although Rosberg refused to comment on whether or not he will leave Williams, the chance of him remaining with the Grove-based outfit appear to be slim and he said he was hopeful of being in a position to win next year.
"I have been in Formula One for four years and it would be great if I could make the step to a winning car and perhaps even drive for the 2010 title," he was quoted by Yalla F1. "At the moment, I am in very good spirits about this goal.
"I cannot tell you who I will be driving for, but I can say that next year I aim to win races."
Williams are expected to promote test driver Nico Hulkenberg into a race seat for 2010, while Rubens Barrichello could also move over from Brawn after revealing he has held talks with the team and it is one option for next season.
