N.Technology loses FIA court case
Having failed to gain a spot on the F1 2010 starting grid, aggrieved former WTCC outfit N.Technology has also now hit a dead end in its court bid against governing body the FIA
N.Technology has failed in its bid to gain legal redress against the FIA for what it had claimed was a 'highly questionable' selection process for the new team slots available on the F1 2010 starting grid.
The Italian-based former FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) race-winning outfit - which has in the past run cars for tin-top greats Fabrizio Giovanardi, Gabriele Tarquini, Augusto Farfus and James Thompson - took the sport's governing body to court after its entry application for next year's world championship was rejected back in the summer.
However, following a hearing in Paris' Tribunal de Grande Instance, motorsport.com reports that the case has been thrown out.
