WATCH: Heineken & Sir Jackie Stewart star in bold F1 ad

Heineken has unveiled its first television advertising campaign since announcing its partnership deal with Formula 1 earlier in the year, with Sir Jackie Stewart taking a starring role.

With the high-profile new deal coming into effect this month, Heineken have released a big budget spot to emphasise its bold 'When You Drive, Never Drink' message which can be seen across billboards in Monza.

Starring Sir Jackie Stewart - both in person and in clever CGI form -, the commercial shows the three-time world champion refusing offers of Heineken throughout his racing career and on to this day.

The use of Sir Stewart is of no coincidence, with the Scot regarded as a pioneer for leading the drivers' movement towards a safer Formula 1.
