In addition to the new branding of the team, RC has confirmed Danish star Nicolas Kiesa as the lead driver to partner young Scot Ryan Dalziel.

RC Motorsport's spokesman Piers Hunnisett said: "It's a great move for the team and the signing of Nicolas for a second season is a big bonus."

RC Motorsport switched to the British F3 series for the 2000 season, where it was the only team to run a new, developmental Spiess-Opel engine. Kiesa, 22, gave the Italian team its first win in the championship at Donington Park last July.

The Green Flag British F3 Championship kicks off at Silverstone on 1 April.
