Sinopec to sponsor Chinese Grand Prix. The China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation - otherwise known as Sinopec - has signed a long-term sponsorship agreement giving the company exclusive rights to sponsor the Chinese Formula One grand prix in Shanghai.
