Pol Espargaro is the 2013 Moto2 world champion.
Title rival Scott Redding - returning from a broken forearm last weekend in Australia - was caught up in a nasty opening lap incident involving Esteve Rabat and Alex Marinelarena, which halted the original race.
The trio thus missed the restart, when Espargaro just needed to score nine points more than the absent Redding to wrap-up the title with one round to go - something the Spaniard more than achieved by claiming his sixth win of the season...
