Jorge Navarro and Speed Up set the pace on the opening day of the final Moto2 pre-season test, in Qatar.

Jake Dixon is returning to action after a finger fracture at the previous Jerez test, while countryman Sam Lowes is still absent due to a shoulder injury.

Testing continues on Saturday and concludes on Sunday.
