The second day of the Official 2022 pre-season test for the Moto2 and Moto3 classes is underway at Portimao.

Track action takes place from 10am to 6pm from Saturday-Monday, with each class having three 70-minute track sessions per day.

Jake Dixon set the Moto2 pace on day one, with Aron Canet taking the best time into the mid-1m 42s on Sunday morning. Session 2 was again headed by new Pons rider Canet, as he and rookie star Pedro Acosta broke into the 1m 41s.

But reigning Moto3 champion Acosta then fell on his final lap, having been faster than Canet in the first sector...
