Live qualifying and sprint race updates from the Austrian MotoGP

Martin is next to have a lap deleted as Aleix Espargaro has crashed at turn three.

Binder and Jorge Martin have fired times in that have seen them go quickest than Vinales. 

Wow! Maverick Vinales goes close to six tenths clear of Oliveira with a low 1m 29s time.

Binder has lost top spot due to exceeding track limits. Miguel Oliveira is now on top. 

Binder is looking ominous once again as he goes three tenths clear of Aleix Espargaro. 

The shooutout for pole in Austria is underway!

Miller and Marini advance to Q2. 

Marini goes fastest before Miller respondes with a sub 1m 29s lap. 

Marini looks set to challenge Espargaro for P2...

Miller goes top by nearly two tenths but it's unlikely to be enough. The KTM rider will need to go again in order to avoid being surpassed. 

Jack Miller is ona  flyer at the moment as Espargaro continues to lead Q1 ahead of Marini. 

Qualifying 1 at the Red Bull Ring is underway.

Binder closes out practice at the Austrian MotoGP in first place ahead of Bezzecchi and Vinales. 

It was a turn nine fall for the Gresini Ducati rider. 

Big crash for Fabio Di Giannantonio as his bike has just blasted into the air fence. 

The Honda rider moves up to ninth after losing two tenths in the final sector.

Binder is down at turn 2 and clipping the curb coming out of the chicane. 

Binder remains the leader with 10 minutes remaining. Bezzecchi, Vinales, A. Espargaro and Bagnaia round out the top five. 

Problem for Bezzecchi as the Italian gets it wrong at turn four and runs through the gravel. 

Binder and Bezzecchi break into the 1m 29s barrier too as the KTM, fresh of a contract renewal with the Austrian manufacturer, has gone top once again. 

It's now Maverick Vinales at the top as the Aprilia rider breaks into the 1m 29s lap time.
