The 2024 MotoGP calendar dropped from 22 rounds because of the cancellation of Argentina.
The event at the Termas de Rio Hondo was due to be April 5-7, as the third round of the season, but was called off reportedly due to government cost-cutting.
The Indian MotoGP was later cancelled, and is due to reappear in early-2025.
India's place, the postponed Kazakhstan MotoGP was rearranged but then cancelled. In its place was a second round at Misano, named the Emilia-Romagna MotoGP. It means consecutive rounds will be held at Misano.
The season will retain its regionalised approach, grouping races geographically.
There are 10 rounds before the summer break, and 11 after.
Qatar returns as the season-opener on March 10, before the series heads to Portugal a fortnight later for the second round.
Portugal and India are still subject to contract before they can be confirmed.
Silverstone will hold the first race after the summer break.
There are two triple-headers in the second half of 2024 - Emilia-Romagna, Indonesia, Japan then later Australia, Thailand, Malaysia.
The season will conclude on November 17 in Valencia.
