26.7s behind Michael Dunlop, Mike Browne takes second place by just 2.2s from Jamie Coward.
Peter Hickman is fourth and Josh Brookes fifth.
Michael Dunlop wins the opening Supertwin TT race and stands alone as the second most successful rider at the Isle of Man TT, courtesy of his 24th victory.
Dunlop, who now has one more win than John McGuinness, is just two behind the all-time record of 26 held by his Uncle Joey.
Browne snatches second place back from Coward by 1.2s at Ramsey.
Meanwhile, Dunlop's lead has reached 30 seconds.

BSB star Josh Brookes (Kawasaki) is just 3.7s behind Peter Hickman (Yamaha) in the fight for fourth place.
While Dunlop is monitoring his 20+second lead with just one more lap standing in the way of a 24th TT win, Browne has passed Coward for second.
While Dunlop disappears, it's a Coward vs Browne battle for second place and Hickman vs Brookes for fourth.

Dunlop squeezes past Coward, who now has Mike Browne to worry about for second place.
Dunlop has caught nearest rival Coward on track, the Kawasaki rider having started 20-seconds ahead of the Paton.

Dunlop responds and holds a 14.3 second lead as the pit stops begin at the end of lap 1.
Coward puts a stop to Dunlop's growing lead at the Bungalow, but Dunlop is still 11.6s ahead.
Dunlop's relentless charge continues at Ramsey, he's now almost 13-seconds clear in the lead.
Dunlop is taking this race by storm, pushing his advantage to over 9 seconds over Coward by Ballaugh.
Browne, Hickman, Brookes and Rutter are in early the mix for a podium.
Dunlop is straight on the pace with his Paton, followed by Coward, Browne and Hickman, at Glen Helen.
