Hoping to take the outright Isle of Man TT win record, Michael Dunlop is the big favourite heading into the race.
Expected to pose a threat to Dunlop is Peter Hickman, who after winning a dramatic Superbike TT race, has taken his TT win record to 14.
If Dunlop does win today's three-lap race, it will be win number 27 at the TT for the Road Racing legend.
UPDATE: Following consultation with competitors following the warm up lap, riders have advised that conditions around the TT Course are not suitable for racing. The Clerk of the Course has confirmed that this evening's race will not take place.

Michael Dunlop will have to wait for win number 27. An update has just come through and tonight's race is off. Following a warm-up lap riders and Isle of Man TT organisers have agreed conditions are not suitable for riding.
Today's Supertwin race distance is three laps as Michael Dunlop looks to take the overall lead for most TT wins ever, with 27.
Not taking place tonight is the Superstock Race 1 which will be rescheduled.
