Peter Hickman is also out on the Superstock bike. Just remember, that stock machine is the fastest ever bike to lap the TT course! 136.358 mph set in last year's Superstock race.
We are underway - Michael Dunlop is out on his MD Racing Honda Superstock machine.
That's the end of the Supersport/Supertwin session for the evening. Next up: Superbike/Superstock!
Peter Hickman has just set the fastest Supertwin lap of the session. 19:10.981 (118.011 mph) - A good lap from Hicky. The machine won both races at the North West 200 a few weeks ago.
Davey Todd has just left the pits onboard his Supertwin machine. That will be the first lap for him on that bike this week.
Todd has posted the fastest lap 125.601 mph (18:01.425) - James Hillier is 2nd, one second back from Todd's time. Michael Dunlop in 3rd with James Hind in 4th and Honda's Dean Harrison in 5th place.
That will most likely the last Supersport laps for the evening, for the top riders anyway. Two good laps under their belts.
Hillier takes the advantage back from Todd. They are 11 seconds quicker than the previous lap, so we are seeing some nice improvements already on Lap 2.
Dunlop still there in 3rd on the Triumph.
Davey Todd now jumps to the top of the timings at Ramsey, Hillier is still right there - only 0.1 back from the Ducati rider. Michael Dunlop is lapping two seconds off the pace in 3rd.
Hillier is quickest so far on Lap 2 at Ballaugh. Todd is 2nd fastest & Dunlop is 3rd. Decent pace expected here, the lap times are slowly building up.
Baz Furber is quickest so far on the Supertwin, Mike Browne in 2nd and 3rd for Stefano Bonetti. Peter Hickman is also out on the Swan Yamaha R7, so getting his first lap on the bike that won here last year.
James Hind is quickest with a 124.190 mph. Davey Todd - 124.162 mph average lap on the Ducati. Dean Harrison in 3rd, Peter Hickman in 4th & Michael Dunlop in 5th.
Davey Todd is fastest to Ramsey, 1.2 faster than James Hind on the Suzuki. Harrison & Dunlop are currently 3rd/4th fastest.
Times are in from Ballaugh on lap 1: James Hind is fastest so far, an impressive lap so far. He's one second faster than Davey Todd & 1.4 faster than Michael Dunlop.
First split times are in from Glen Helen: Dean Harrison fastest by 0.1 from Davey Todd and 1.4 faster than Michael Dunlop.
Both Michael Dunlop & Peter Hickman are out on their Supersport machines. We are just waiting for the first times at Glen Helen.
Brookes sets off down towards Bray Hill. Closely followed by Rutter on the Supertwin and Dean Harrison on the Honda Racing 600cc.
Josh Brookes will be first on the road for this Qualifying session. He is riding the Russell Racing Yamaha 600cc.
Michael Dunlop is lined up on his 765cc Triumph Supersport, a big switch from his usual R6 Yamaha. The bike he set the magical 130 mph lap onboard last year.
An update from race control - Five minute delay to the first session. Start time now 18:05
That's the Sidecars untimed lap complete and now we wait until 18:00 for the first Qualifying session. First up the Supersport/Supertwin session.
Michael Dunlop didn't get too far on his opening untimed lap earlier, as his Paton Supertwin stopped out on track at Greeba Castle. He was able to get back to the pits around 20 minutes after stopping and completed laps on his Supersport bike & Superbike.
Conditions look good around the circuit, the Sidecars will get more laps later on.
The Sidecars are getting one untimed lap, it's on time for 17:15 - so one minute from now.
It's so good seeing bikes back on the island again.
