8. Ferdinand Habsburg
Ferdinand Habsburg is a rising star in single-seaters - but can he impress on his Daytona debut?

Another Rolex 24 rookie racing at Daytona this weekend is Ferdinand Habsburg. A descendant of Austro-Hungarian royalty (yes, really), Habsburg has established himself as one of the brightest young talents in single-seaters, coming agonisingly close to victory at Macau before the dramatic last-corner crash.
Habsburg is yet to firm up his plans for the coming season, but a return to European Formula 3 seems likely. Nevertheless, starting the year at Daytona will be a fascinating chance to see him in action in a stacked field, particularly with teammates such as Antonio Felix da Costa, Ho-Pin Tung and Alex Brundle in the #78 Jackie Chan DCR Jota entry.
