Team Dynamik withdraw appeal.

There won't be Australian accents in the hallowed FIA Court of Appeal as the Australian V8 Supercar squad, Team Dynamik, has decided to withdraw its appeal against the CAMS judgement dished out following the team's well publicised illegal testing exploits in August last year.

The team advised CAMS on February 11th that they would not be continuing with their plan to appeal to the French-based international motorsport court.

The team advised CAMS on February 11th that they would not be continuing with their plan to appeal to the French-based international motorsport court.

The hearing at the FIA International Court of Appeal was scheduled to take place on 24 February 2005 at the FIA in Paris and the topic was the increased penalty imposed by CAMS on the team after they appealed the orginal CAMS decision to the V8 National Court of Appeal.

The Australian appelate court increased the monetary fine to the team to AUS $100,000 and also imposed a lap penalty of the final round of the 2004 season and the first round of the 2005 series.
