Sebastien Loeb regains his lead in the World Rally drivers' championship following his 'belated' Cyprus Rally win, Peugeot's Marcus Gronholm drops to fourth overall, after his disqualification [see seperate story], while Markko Martin is second, just one point off Loeb, and Petter Solberg third, on 28 points.

In the Manufacturers' standings Ford stay top, just in front of Citroen.
