Engstler Motorsport, who already have two cars entered for the race, will add a third BMW for Hong Kong driver David Louie.
Having achieved good results the Asian and Chinese Formula Renault Championships, Louie will race the 320i saloon piloted by Richard Kaye in the European Touring Car Cup two weeks ago. Equipped with a sequential gearbox, unlike team-mates Franz Engstler and Andrey Romanov, Louie will not be eligible for championship points.
In addition, Russian team Avtodom Racing - who have been achieving good results in Germany too - will enter a car in the WTCC for the first time for Henry Lee Jr. Big things are expected from the Macau specialist after he finished second overall as recently as 2000 driving a Peugeot 306.
