Alpine are the fourth F1 team to show off their new car ahead of the 2024 F1 season.

The team unveiled the new car at the team’s base at Enstone as part of the Alpine ‘Season Launch’ on Wednesday afternoon.

Pierre Gasly remains alongside Esteban Ocon for a second consecutive campaign.

Gasly narrowly beat Ocon in the drivers’ standings after an impressive first season at Enstone, although the latter had the lion share of the bad luck.

On the whole, it was an underwhelming year for Alpine after they slumped to sixth in the constructors’ championship.

The French outfit were too slow to compete with the top five teams on a regular basis, but well ahead of the lower midfield.

2023 proved to be a turbulent year for Alpine, who sacked Otmar Szafnauer as team principal, while ‘Team Enstone’ stalwart Alan Permane also left the team (he has joined Visa Cash App RB for 2024).

Team boss Bruno Famin confirmed Alpine have adopted an entirely new car concept for this season.

Speaking of the launch, Famin said: "It's a great moment for Alpine Motorsports to come together and officially present its programmes for the 2024 season.

"It is certainly a unique moment to have both the A524 Formula 1 car and A424 Hypercar along with all the drivers in the same room as both projects prepare for what will undoubtedly be a busy and intense 2024 year.

"To see both the real cars here today is a testament to all the hard work conducted behind the scenes at our factories from our thousands of talented employees in the United Kingdom and in France.

"The next stage on our journey is deploying everything to the track, applying operational excellence across the board and growing a greater dynamic and mindset from all our teams.

"We are all very much looking forward to continuing the hard work to bring the Alpine name success."
