I overreacted with Hamilton - Button

Jenson Button believes he "overreacted" when he criticised Lewis Hamilton for his driving in the German Grand Prix.
Hamilton was trying to overtake Button at the Turn 6 hairpin but the McLaren was taking a wider line and the two drivers made contact at the exit of the corner. Hamilton admitted he thought Button was giving him room and said he had misjudged the situation - even raising a hand in apology when he finally passed the McLaren - and immediately after the race Button was critical of his former team-mate's driving.
However, having reviewed the race on Sunday night, Button took to Twitter to apologise for his reaction, saying he could see how Hamilton had read the situation.
After watching the race back think I overreacted with my feelings about Lewis's move. I can understand why he thought I was giving him room.-- Jenson Button (@JensonButton) July 20, 2014
