Marquez takes a home pole position for the Aragon MotoGP ahead of Yamaha riders Quartararo and Vinales. Miller was top Ducati in fourth, while Espargaro claimed an excellent fifth for Aprilia, helped by a tow.

Aleix Espargaro claimed his best MotoGP qualifying since 2017 with a surprise fifth on the grid for Aprilia at Aragon.

While many seemed ready to hand Marc Marquez the Aragon winner's trophy after MotoGP qualifying, Jack Miller feels he has the pace to at least put some pressure on the Repsol Honda rider.

Pol Espargaro has sustained a fractured radius in his left wrist in a crash during practice at the Aragon MotoGP and will miss the rest of the weekend for Red Bull KTM.

Marquez returns to the top during a dry final practice for the Aragon MotoGP. Mir and Espargaro both had big falls, the Suzuki rookie was unhurt but KTM's Espargaro needed a stretcher after his nasty highside.

Aron Canet put in a near perfect lap to claim pole position for the Moto3 Aragon Grand Prix.

Following the fallout over the Misano Moto2 last-lap clash between Fabio Di Giannantonio and Augusto Fernandez, MotoGP has moved to clarify rules and procedures over track limit infringements which occur on the final lap of a race.

Rins fastest during a damp Saturday morning session at Aragon, which meant the dry Friday times remained unbeaten. Rins was the only rider to fit slicks in the final minutes, going to the top on his very last lap, while Friday leader Marquez did not record a flying lap.

The overhaul of Yamaha's MotoGP project has taken a further twist with the news that Yamaha Motor Racing president Kouichi Tsuji, no less, will be stepping down. Tsuji was joint head of the factory's MotoGP activities, alongside Yamaha Racing managing director Lin Jarvis.

Nobody could get within 1.1s of Marc Marquez during Friday MotoGP practice for his home round at Aragon. While the world champion's morning soft-tyre stunner stood unopposed, it wasn't a perfect day for the Repsol Honda rider, who fell during the afternoon.
