British MotoGP - Free Practice (4) Results

Vinales quickest in final MotoGP practice before a heavy rain shower soaks the Silverstone circuit - causing red flags when Rins, Espargaro, Lorenzo, Rabat and Morbidelli all fell in quick succession at Stowe due to aquaplaning/braking issues.

Rabat is feared injured after apparently being hit by Morbidelli's bike as he walked from the gravel. The final minute of FP4 was abandoned while Rabat (who is conscious) continues to receive medical attention.

Qualifying 1, for those outside the top ten after third free practice, will now get underway.

Silverstone has been resurfaced ahead of this year's event, but riders say it is bumpier than ever.

Loris Baz is replacing the injured Pol Espargaro at KTM.
