Joe Screen is relishing the prospect of going back to his roots when he lines up for Great Britain in the World Cup opener at Sheffield next Sunday, August
4. The Eastbourne rider was born in Chesterfield and was a regular on the Owlerton terraces as a schoolboy. He said: "I grew up watching Sheffield and I'm proud to represent Great Britain in such a massive event there."

Polish star Krzysztof Cegielski will have a point to prove when he takes his place at Eastbourne on August 6. The former Poole rider saw a proposed move to Arlington collapse on the eve of the season and his Eagles place went to Mark Loram.
