Full Biography

For his first seven seasons as a grand prix rider, in 125cc and then Moto2, Tito Rabat failed to win a single race.

The breakthrough finally came with three wins in the 2013 Moto2 championship after which he switched from Pons to Marc VDS and promptly won the 2014 world title.

Rabat then became the first Moto2 champion not to graduate straight to MotoGP, opting to try and defend his crown, but ultimately lost out to Johann Zarco.

Nevertheless, Rabat was promoted to MotoGP by Marc VDS for 2016, where he will take over the RC213V vacated by Scott Redding.
